A checkbook is used to manage the numbers of a raffle. It is important to indicate if a person has already received a number or if it is still available. This is done by adding a note to the name of the person who has the number.
It is also possible to reserve a number and to indicate if it is available or not. If it is available, the number will be given to the winner at a later time.
